[Koha] Not able to display 088 Report Number MARC tag

Dear Friends,

I am confronted a problem related with the display of MARC tag 088- Report
Number.
I enabled the 088 field and organized in 0 tab.
But it does not display the field for data entry.

Whats the solution?
