[Koha] How to add new translation

Hi all, i had translated opac version of Koha into Azerbaijanian,
staff version i am keeping in Turkish, so i have 2 po file, i had
replaced them into ../translator/po directory, dona chmod adn chown
operations for them, then i did ./install-code az-AZ 
which gived me this result : 
  ./install-code.pl az-AZ
az-AZ-i-staff-t-prog-v-3000000.po : intranet
../../koha-tmpl/intranet-tmpl/prog/en/: Input must be a file or
directory.
(Symbolic links are not supported at the moment)
Try `./tmpl_process3.pl --help for more information.

tried tmpl_process3.pl --help , and tried any operations but i couldn
understand what i must do to add language?  Iz it enought or i
must do something with this po files ? and if yes what i must do with
tmlp_process 3.pl
