[Koha] Upgrade to 3.04 - Webinstaller errors

Hi

After upgrading from 3.01 to 3.04 the webinstaller gives:

    *  Upgrade to 3.00.01.006 done (Change the field)

permission)
    * Upgrade to 3.00.02.005 done (bug 2687: increase length of borrower
attribute fields)
    * Upgrade to 3.00.02.006 done (removed bogus intranetuserjs syspref)
    * Upgrade to 3.00.02.007 done (added Syndetics Enhanced Content
system preferences)
    * Upgrade to 3.00.02.008 done (added
deletedborrowers.smsalertnumber, missed in 3.00.00.091)
    * Upgrade to 3.00.02.009 done (bug 2765: increase width of isbn
column in several tables)
    * Upgrade to 3.00.02.010 done (Increased size of zebraqueue
biblio_auth_number to address bug 3148.)
    * Upgrade to 3.00.02.011 done (added AmazonReviews)
    * Upgrade to 3.00.02.012 done (fixed bug 2599: using Spanish search
