[Koha] Invalid Login on SIP2 Server... why?

hi,

I already install UNIVERSAL::require.
but i got something like this...

Running install for module 'UNIVERSAL::require'
Running make for M/MS/MSCHWERN/UNIVERSAL-require-0.13.tar.gz
Prepending blib/arch and blib/lib of 28 build dirs to PERL5LIB; for 'get'
  Has already been unwrapped into directory
/home/administrator/.cpan/build/UNIVERSAL-require-0.13-EkZprW
Prepending blib/arch and blib/lib of 28 build dirs to PERL5LIB; for 'make'
  Has already been made
Prepending blib/arch and blib/lib of 28 build dirs to PERL5LIB; for 'test'
Running make test
  Has already been tested successfully
Running make install
  Already tried without success

so i don't know it is install or not.
 i use ubuntu 9.04 os.
