I don't have any tips, but I will concur that there's some problem.

The first time I tried the PDF link it completely locked up my Firefox 
3.x for Win32; it pegs one CPU core at 100% (50% of system) and never 
returns, so I had to kill it from Task Manager. I cleared cache and 
tried again, and then clicking the link produced nothing but did not 
lock up. Now when I just tried a third time it completely locked Firefox 
again.
