[Koha] Ahtorities import problem

Hello colleagues,

When i try to import Authorities Fils to koha 3.00.03 i have this warning :
"very long index (1261679)for __RAW__ / p. update mySQL config file if you have an error just after this warning (max_paquet_size parameter)"

What i can do ?
wich file i need modify ?
