I mange to developed a new Perl module to hand Arabic special needs in
search and integrated with koha 3.0 with no Zebra Option

with this feature koha can handle different shape off (أ,إ,آ,ا,ه,ة,ي,ى,ال
and عبدالله)  in search and indexing
