[Koha] Problem with adding a new serial subscription

Dear Friends,



I encountered a problem with Serials Module in newly installed Koha 3.03
with CentOS 5. Not able to create or search a vendor and biblio, when we
tried to enter details to start a new subscription. Clicking on “Search for
a vendor”, “Search for Biblio” and  “Create Biblio” does not show any
response and not open new window for search or create.



I request your help to solve this problem.
