[Koha] urgent reply

Hello Seema

If you are in the OPAC interface when changing member details, the 
change will NOT be made in Koha. You must be in the STAFF interface to 
make permanent changes.
All that happens when changing details in the OPAC is that an email is 
sent to the staff, to request that staff approve and make the change in 
the borrower record. That is how it is supposed to work, so that 
borrowers with overdue books cannot change their address to a fake to 
avoid returning materials.
