[Koha] Z39.50 problem

Using Koha 3.00.03 - installed via off-line method.  Now have (slightly)
better Internet service and we are trying to use the Z39.50 function.

Have configured the computer for Internet (static IP) and can connect to
internet.  Have edited IP address in  /etc/apache2/sites-available/koha.

BUT Z39.50 fails to connect.  Is there something else we need to do???
