[Koha] production mode - trapped fatal error

Dear Friends,
I got the following error when open web installer interface.

"production mode - trapped fatal error"

Following is the Koha error log,

My OS is Ubuntu Hardy.
I successfully installed Koha 3.03 earlier.
I tried the Koha 3.04 installation after the complete removal of 3.03
installation.
