[Koha] labels for items added after a date

I have tried to use the "Added on or after date" feature on "Search for
items to add to Batch" and get nothing.  No errors on screen or in the
error log.

I've tried this on 3.00.02 and 3.00.04

Has anyone else used this feature?  Any suggestions.
