[Koha] Help! I don't know how to configure zebra for koha 3.0!

The default internet super server for Debian is "openbsd-inetd". So
you can stop server using

# /etc/init.d/openbsd-inetd stop

and then try restarting zebra.

This might work. But it will stop other inetd dependent services.
