[Koha] apache error

Hi to all
I need your help i had istalled koha on ubuntu and all ok but when run the command :
# /etc/init.d/apache2 restart
not ok and result is :
[warn] VirtualHost localhost:8080 overlaps with VirtualHost localhost:8080, the first has precedence, perhaps you need a NameVirtualHost directive
    [ OK ]
I not know how fix this problem please if any body can help me
