[Koha] error msg: "Wide character in null operation at /usr/local/share/perl/5.8.8/MARC/Charset/Table.pm line 96." fix?

Greetings, I just encountered the error message above when I added items
to a manually created marc record.

 

I found this thread that states the bug has been addressed:

...but no link to the solution.  I'm running 3.0 already. Is there an
additional bug fix we need to install?
