[Koha] installing on ubuntu 8.04LTS on AMD64

I have been trying to adapt them to my environment without success. I am
stuck trying to properly install YAZ and idzebra packages. I attempted to
compile the deb from source for each. Worked great for YAZ but not for
idzebra. Fortunately I found a zebra package for AMD64 and downloaded it. I
am still having dependency issues related to libyaz3 and libidzebra-2.0.
Any assistance is appreciated.
