[Koha] Proposal for weekly /monthly topics

I propose all koha user for weekly / monthly topic
   like this.........
   first week/ month 1) installation koha (new users) / doubt
   2) Catalogue
   3) circulation
   while send mail in subject   we should mention [inhalation] so that all
user
   can understand
   this will help new user and we can know better which topic we r
discussing
   please comet on this
