Greetings;
The instructions at http://wiki.koha.org/doku.php?id=koha_3_install_guide_ubuntu_hardy
work perfectly. I'm using Ubuntu 8.04, on an HP Kayak 800mhz 750M ram, 38G, with xfce 4 desktop.
My method is to highlight the commands and use copy and paste into an xterm window, I use the middle button on my mouse to copy from the website to the command line interpreter. Even the long perl dependency lists worked great.
