[Koha] libxml org again

To All,
I tried to  much solve this problem by :
1- adding ####before pure perl and Expat #####
but viewed :
Koha wants something like:
    XML::LibXML::SAX::Parser=HASH(0x81fe220)
You have:
    XML::LibXML::SAX=HASH(0x82ef558)
Looks bad, check INSTALL.* documentation

2- I moved "[XML::LibXML::SAX::Parser]" section to the bottom file 
but viewed same problem
