[Koha] Entering Enhancements and reviewing existing

I have documented the process of adding an enhancement discussed at
KohaCon09.  It can be found at:

If you have things that you are sponsoring if you would follow these
instructions so that we all can find your sponsorships!

I am also looking for people who would be willing to review the existing 288
"enhancements" to determine if they are all still needed.

This would comprise reviewing the request - possibly contacting the
originator for clarification, and updating the "Enhancement" request.  I see
this as a group effort of people currently using the system - maybe 10
people on the committee to start with.

I have a blog that I was thinking I would post the numbers to be reviewed
and commented on and we would look at 20 a week or so to get all the
enhancements up to date.  We could maybe post them directly to the list to
show interest.  I've leave that up to the committee to decide how they want
to operate.  I'm open to helping, but need HELP!
