[Koha] serial adding error

[Sunita Barve]

I have upgraded my koha installation from 3.00.01 to 3.00.02 while adding
serial in cataloguing through z3950 server i get the following error the
same error was there in 3.00.01 as well is this a bug? Is there any solution
to this error?
