[Koha] Import Matching rules: Tags 001 / 999$d

Dear all,

I cannot figure out, how to set up a working matching rule for tag 001 
Control Number or tag 999$d Biblioitem Number.

Please find my rules below - any suggestions how to correct the rules 
would be appreciated.

Trying on Koha 3.01.00.032,
