[Koha] Fwd: regarding koha3.00.00 on ubuntu

OK, so it doesn't seem to like "libgnutls".  You don't mention what version
of Ubuntu you are on, but you could try to install:

   - libgnutls26,
   - libgnutls13,
   - some other specific numerical version, or
   - libgnutls-dev


Also remember you might need to update the package manager's list of
available packages.

If that works, let us know.
