Or, less drastically, simply incorporate the modules into the main
scripts, or fork the modules so that they cannot be upgraded through
cpan, and include the proper perl with koha. Make koha more
monolithic, so that change is dependent on the koha developers only
and the whole thing resides in /usr/koha or wherever.
I'm sure this is impractical for some reason.
