[Koha] modify a budget

Hello,

So far the answers to all my questions have been "no," but I'll keep
trying!  Thanks for the responses.  Here's my latest question:

 

Is there any way to modify a budget?  I can get to the fund and add a
budget, but I can't see a way to edit the current budget (i.e., put more
money in or decrease it).
