[Koha] DBD::mysql::db selectrow_array failed.

Barry,

It seems that the koha.systempreferences does not exist in your koha 
database.

After the installation, you need to access the librarian interface 
(usually by adding :8080 to your OPAC url).  Some additional questions 
need to be answer to complete Koha's installation.

Could this be the problem?
