[Koha] problem in migrate data from Access(LIMS) to Koha

Hi,

Someone  can please help me  in
converting the data from Access based software into Koha ILS. I am using Koha
2.2.8-Win-RO, running on windows XP Professional:
When I upload our marc.data file into command prompt, it failed to aborted and give an error.

I attached here the error file which it displayed in the command prompt.

I used the Marc.Editor to import my data.
