[Koha] Duplicate check on title field

Hi,

Is there anyway of removing or de-selecting the duplicate checking that
occurs when cataloguing (the *Duplicate Record suspected *notification*)?**
*At the moment, when you choose to override, you are just taken back to the
first MARC entry screen, and no record is created for the item. We'd prefer
to check manually, but I can't see this option anywhere.
