[Koha] how are you getting orders to the vendor?

Hello,

We are testing Koha, and as far as I can tell there's no way to export
an order ("basket") into a format that could be sent to a vendor, like
an Excel or Word document.  I'm curious how people are sending order
information to the vendor?  I can't imagine how one could do without
this feature, but current Koha users must be doing it somehow.
