[Koha] Scanning Barcodes

Hi Chris,
We are using a basic printer Lexmark 640 Series. I'm able to access the scanner configuration (as attached) by scanning barcodes printed by this printer though, so I guess it's not the printer?
The attached is the scanner configuration options, we are using Voyager MS9590. I have enabled code 39, enabled ISBN check digit transmission, and enabled bookland to ISBN conversion as suggested, and left everything else to default.
Thank you for your help.
Davita.

Thanks for your reply Agnes.
We are using the standard barcode type available in Koha Code 39 and code 39 setting is enabled on our scanner.
What else should I check?
What sort of printer are you printing your barcodes on?
Kind Regards,
Chris
