[Koha] Koha 2.2, browser wants to download mainpage.pl or opac-main.pl

That's symptomatic of the Koha mainpage crashing before it sends
anything, even the html headers.  Apache or Iceweasel then guess what
to do with .pl files and get it wrong.  Check the error log...

So "Premature end of script headers" also suggests that it crashed
before sending the html headers.

Just before that "read_config_file(/etc/koha.conf) returned undef"
suggests that /etc/koha.conf is unreadable for some reason.  I'd check it.
