[Koha] Scanning Barcodes

Thanks for your reply Agnes.
We are using the standard barcode type available in Koha Code 39 and code 39 setting is enabled on our scanner.
What else should I check?

Not a problem in our Koha, I have tried more than one type of barcode style from Koha.

You probably need to set your scanner to read the barcode type that you are printing in Koha. You should have a user manual for the scanner that says how to allow different types of barcode (codabar.code 39/Plessey etc) to be scanned, and displayed. Make sure that the scanner has your choice of barcode type enabled.
