[Koha] can't run rebuild_zebra.pl

Hi folks -

 

Need some help here again.  J  I've installed koha 3.00.04 on debian
lenny with zebra indexing and I can't get the fast index command
misc/migration_tools/rebuild_zebra.pl -b -w to work

 

When I try to run it I get "command not found".  I think I'm missing
something.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thank you so much.
