[Koha] 3.0.5 release Date

Hi
I have been late on my schedule.
But I want to announce that 3.0.5 should be packaged released by the end 
of the week.
I want to add and test Frederic Démians' patches on SIP and also ensure 
that translation are really uptodate and accurate.
For the impatient, code and present day translations without those 
latest patches is available on git.koha.org/koha on branch 3.0.x.
