[Koha] koha fine calculation module not working

Following steps are essential to activate the fine calculation feature with
Koha. Otherwise Koha will not calculate overdue charges.

1. Configure crontab settings, execute the following command to open crontab
file.

 *crontab -e*

*Changes the locations in crontab as follows,*

 *#Environment*

*PERL5LIB=/usr/share/koha/lib*

*KOHA_CONF=/etc/koha/koha-conf.xml*

 *#Some additional variables*

*KOHA_CRON_PATH=/usr/share/koha/bin/cronjobs*

*Save the file by pressing **ctrl+O** buttons*

*Press enter*

*Quit the editor by pressing **ctrl+X** buttons*

3. Enable the Finemode to Production. Goto System
Preferences>Circulation>Production
