enhancement, PATCH-Sent, ---, gmcharlt at gmail.com, ASSIGNED, Tool
needed for catalogers (and other librarians) to bulk change itypes and
collection codes

There were ambitions about MARC record global change as well, but
the Release Manager doesn't seem to expect that in 3.2.
