[Koha] Problem with manage stage MARC records

1. Don't know about this, most likely your version is different from
the Liblime demo one.
2. This is probably because your new records were not indexed quickly.
Do you use Zebra? If yes, you will need to check the frequency the
indexing task is running at.
3. This is again probably because the deletions were not indexed quickly.
