[Koha] Where is /installer/install.pl

If you follow the INSTALL document for your OS, then it certainly does
work. It sounds like you are browsing on a localhost. The difference
between these two:
- intranet/cgi-bin/mainpage.pl
- /installer/install.pl.
is that the former has the domain "intranet". The latter doesn't and is
just looking for a filepath, so it is predictable that no Koha VirtualHost
will catch that request. Try fully setting up DNS and NameVirtualHost.
