[Koha] Queries on Modification Log and fines

hi,

I am using koha 3.01 on suse 11.0 and nozebra configuration.

kindly assist with queries on Modification log for patrons. Also queries on fines.
a. The patron that cancel, writeoff or make payment for fines
b. The queries for all patrons with fines in the library
c. The patron with fines over the noissuescharge amount in the library
