[Koha] koha fees and handling centage

I was told there is no way to make a partial payment.  I tried the same thing Nicole did.  It just doesn't work.  Please someone sponsor a fix on this, it is incredibly important for those who work in circulation.

:( Nope it doesn't work.  I owed $14 on one item and I went to manual
credit and put in 10 for a partial payment.  It subtracted 10 from my
total - but not from what I owe on that one item.  Also instead of the
barcode it shows the bib number on the account history - which I think
I reported a bug about.  See attached.
