[Koha] Donations/Donaciones !!!

Hi Joshua,

I think there area few things that Katipo had written in the original Koha
release which have subsequently been lost: donations and catalogue
management are two of those. The thinking and coding has been done so I
guess they could be resurrected easily enough.
