Is the "intranet" VirtualHost on a different port? You probably want the IP
address with the port number after it, like:
192.168.100.25*:8080*
Otherwise, you might benefit from setting up DNS for your 2 new
VirtualHosts, so that you don't have to worry about port numbers.
