[Koha] Migrate winisis databas to koha

[Ata ur Rehman]

Copy your finaldata.mrc file in C:\usr\koha228\scripts\misc\migration_tools
folder and run the command

C:\usr\koha228\scripts\misc\migration_tools>perl bulkmarcimport.pl -file
finadata.mrc
