[Koha] Settings for opac in Koha 2.2.9(Windows)

Hi all,

While using opac module in koha whenever a user wants to update his/her
personal record an email suggesting the changes required is sent to the
admin and he has to validate the changes.A user cannot directly update the
personal records.I have set the admin email address to my email address.Is
there any other setting to be done???
