[Koha] Lists/Virtual Shelves not working in OPAC

I didn't make that very clear.  I'm having problems adding to lists that 
I own (while I'm logged in).  I'm also able to rename, edit lists, and 
delete titles and empty lists (anyones lists) while I'm not logged in.
