Installing koha 2.2.9 on Windows.

Problem:   Despite numerous attmepts, unable to install Koha 2.2.9 on
Windows with Mysql Adminsitrator - thus can't save the data base.  We
receive error on the repository 122 (perl Modules) and 781 (koha).
Error reads "perl command line  122 and 781 encountered a problem"

Can anyone help, please????
