[Koha] Catalogue Search in intranet and opac

Hi all,
I have entered biblios manually as well as imported some records as well.But
when i try to find them using search in OPAC as well as Intranet i get
following message "No results match your search for "au,wrdl: Carl" in
Library catalogue'.Is there any system setting to be done ..Please help..
