[Koha] utf-8 and Z39.50 and record import, international, chars not being shown properly?

Hi,

Have you made sure your whole system has been set to UTF-8 as default 
(OS and Mysql!) before you install koha? I am working with lots of 
east asian records (and maybe apart from the subfields in the #952 
item tag), it seems to work fine with the recent koha version.
