[Koha] utf-8 and Z39.50 and record import, international chars not being shown properly?

How did you change that? In my case, Firefox is already using the
default utf-8 encoding. I checked the source of the Z39.50 windows. Its
HTML shows that it is encoded in utf-8. What gives?
