[Koha] Delhi Public Library Catalogue Goes Live with Koha 3.0

Dear Mr. Basavaraj,

On this great ocassion of the successful implementation and launch of KOHA
based library at Delhi Public Library (DPL), I would like to personally
Congratulate you.
For me, personally, this has been the biggest achievement of my career and I
am greatful to you for your guidance and support during the implementation
of the project.
The support of my company OpenLX and Director Mr. Sudhir Gandotra has been a
wonderful thing that has given me this success so early in my career and I
am thankful for this timely guidance.
I would also like to use this opportunity to thank my parents for their
patience towards the development of my career in this field.
On behalf of my company, I would like to personally assure you of our
continued support in managing the project.
Looking at the success of Open Source project Koha, I would also call upon
all my friends working in IT industry to look at Open Source world as a
better career.
